[SPEAKER_11]: There will be another evening.

[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, uh, at a restaurant tonight.

[SPEAKER_09]: But it's not birthday season, but she still gets like, why do we can?

[SPEAKER_09]: Do you really want to do a, uh, a lot of the hustle weekend is a week?

[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_11]: If you wanted to really analyze birthday season, you might save yourself.

[SPEAKER_11]: This is truly, uh,

[SPEAKER_11]: the official end of birthday season, which precludes the official end of hurricane season.

[SPEAKER_09]: And you know, I like when birthday season ends with your birthday.

[SPEAKER_09]: I just think it's like, you know, you have all the things.

[SPEAKER_08]: Well, you know, I thought September is just Carlos Moth.

[SPEAKER_08]: You have your anniversary.

[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, you have her birthday.

[SPEAKER_08]: It is.

[SPEAKER_11]: It is her month.

[SPEAKER_09]: And, but you're including all the hours of outtakes, constant going through the outtakes that we had.

[SPEAKER_11]: I will say this that at the conclusion of the show, I was off to, and the, and up until the time I picked my son up, and we, we can

[SPEAKER_11]: Isn't that about right?

[SPEAKER_09]: That's right.

[SPEAKER_11]: And from that time, all the way through the pickup for my son, when it didn't end, I should say.

[SPEAKER_11]: Three, fifteen, the arrangements were continually being made.

[SPEAKER_11]: First thing I did, so it's an organic thing.

[SPEAKER_09]: The birthday celebration, it changes as it goes, or

[SPEAKER_11]: No, it just was I was I look I do the very best I can but I am not exactly a planner when it comes to that type of activity.

[SPEAKER_11]: So I don't do the I'm probably somebody who would not traditionally do the two months in advance fly down here surprise or thing I just

[SPEAKER_11]: That would be a challenge for me.

[SPEAKER_11]: I could I do it?

[SPEAKER_11]: Of course.

[SPEAKER_08]: Probably not yesterday.

[SPEAKER_11]: What I wrote down on my show prep today was bust an ass for birthday fun.

[SPEAKER_11]: And now I have goose thumb too. [SPEAKER_11]: So they'll be all over the place. [SPEAKER_08]: I have goose, they're cruelty. [SPEAKER_08]: That's what I agree with Chris Arnold. [SPEAKER_08]: A clown would have been nice. [SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, no clowns. [SPEAKER_11]: No. [SPEAKER_11]: All right. [SPEAKER_11]: So it starts first things first. [SPEAKER_11]: I make arrangements to alert her mom her mom knows it's her birthday obviously and we were going to have dinner with her mom and her mom's man tonight, but I still [SPEAKER_11]: think that Carla's mom likes to be there on her birthday, so I send out the text message to her. [SPEAKER_11]: Come by about 630, that's when Carla's going to be home from work. [SPEAKER_11]: Carla, on her birthday, had a marathon day at her brick and mortar store. [SPEAKER_11]: She was doing a ton of face washing yesterday, so she was doing a birthday special. [SPEAKER_11]: No, no. [SPEAKER_11]: She was not doing a birthday special. [SPEAKER_11]: So she's out all day, which is great because it works out well for me. [SPEAKER_11]: I can get to get all this done. [SPEAKER_11]: And that's plenty of time behind her mom. [SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, 100 percent. [SPEAKER_11]: Hider in the garage. [SPEAKER_11]: Just give her a slight tranquilizer and hider in the garage. [SPEAKER_11]: I have a rack, a storage rack. [SPEAKER_02]: Yes. [SPEAKER_11]: And I lift her up there, and I said, I'll be back. [SPEAKER_11]: Are you okay with your connectivity there, Robbie? [SPEAKER_08]: Yes. [SPEAKER_08]: That's honestly audio is good work. [SPEAKER_08]: As long as the audio is good, okay. [SPEAKER_11]: All right. [SPEAKER_11]: So getting back, I guess so that means he'll be blurry to me, but that's, that's all right. [SPEAKER_11]: Getting back to what I was doing. [SPEAKER_11]: So the text goes out to her. [SPEAKER_11]: She responds promptly, and it's a yay, which is great, and I'm like, I'm off. [SPEAKER_09]: What I say is like, you would agree in Congress or yay, like, hooray! [SPEAKER_11]: either interchangeable okay at this point you can't really targeted but I say inadvertently in the morning as as Carlos leaving I said now make sure you don't eat anything this afternoon come home hungry and I know in our unspoken language that she's pretty certain what I'm gonna do after I say that and I know she's okay with it and that is that I I make [SPEAKER_09]: Have you ever said that to her, but then not done anything, right? [SPEAKER_11]: I was thinking it would be it. [SPEAKER_11]: I thought it would be fun to tell her that I'm making my one-pot spaghetti when she comes through the dress. [SPEAKER_11]: One-pot spaghetti, and then I would get the [SPEAKER_11]: She's not a fan of one spot one pot spaghetti is essentially Hamburger helper. [SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, though all those one pot recipes are a hamburger helper These on text would be as soon as she leaves the shop a text message could you pick up dinner? [SPEAKER_11]: Oh, that'd be great. [SPEAKER_11]: But at this point, I'm I'm so Running around and I'm off and and this this is a process [SPEAKER_11]: to get this meal put together. [SPEAKER_11]: If you would like to know the process, I urge you to rent the movie, Julie and Julia. [SPEAKER_11]: I forgot the name of the actress. [SPEAKER_11]: Well, Marrill Street plays Julia Child. [SPEAKER_11]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_11]: But I forgot the name of the actress who hasn't made movies recently, but she was in doubt with Marrill Street Paul so, and Amy Adams. [SPEAKER_11]: Oh, yeah, I was thinking Amy Adams plays and she's the the young blogger who is making recipes and her goal is to make every single recipe There's a pair of love shift. [SPEAKER_09]: There's a parallel story of Like doesn't Julia child save Europe and World War II in that movie. [SPEAKER_09]: She's like a that's not involved in the plot line at all Okay, but she did she save Europe [SPEAKER_09]: with butter sauce. [SPEAKER_11]: I'm not sure. [SPEAKER_11]: But it parallels her trip to, you know, France and how she falls in love with it. [SPEAKER_11]: So, but it's a, it's a thing to make this because you got to get your, uh, your ingredients and then you have to, it is, uh, it is prep. [SPEAKER_11]: the veggies and stuff. [SPEAKER_11]: Then it's the stove top stuff, which means you have to prepare bacon, you have to salt and pepper your beef, you have to sear your beef, you have to put all your meat aside, then you have to prep your vegetables, then you have to saute your vegetables for a while. [SPEAKER_09]: I don't want a micro pick, but first of all, what kind of beef [SPEAKER_11]: how are the lungs by the way, because I was thinking about yesterday when you were having a lot of coughing jags with long COVID, how are you? [SPEAKER_11]: How are you? [SPEAKER_09]: I love that you brought this up and I will address this now. [SPEAKER_09]: It's getting better each and every day. [SPEAKER_09]: Okay. [SPEAKER_09]: Doing the best I can. [SPEAKER_09]: I feel good, it's just, I can't quite take them. [SPEAKER_11]: Um, so anyway, [SPEAKER_11]: Late night, huh? [SPEAKER_11]: Sounds like it. [SPEAKER_11]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_11]: Anyway, I'm sorry. [SPEAKER_11]: I, sorry. [SPEAKER_09]: What was your question? [SPEAKER_09]: What cut of beef do you use? [SPEAKER_09]: And what is the vegetable array in your beef burgundy? [SPEAKER_11]: Well, that's interesting. [SPEAKER_11]: You mentioned that because the one, I will get to my critique of my own product at the end of this. [SPEAKER_11]: All right. [SPEAKER_11]: I'll tell you that. [SPEAKER_11]: I use the pre cut cubes of beef they have in the grocery store. [SPEAKER_09]: Well, they're probably like a sirloin. [SPEAKER_11]: uh... it was a little too lean uh... if i do it again put in some whole milk that'll help you out no i needed to the fat in the meat that's what i need for a little uh... mer sure uh... mer sure where they have so i'm i'm up i do that i get that done it's a lot of prep work and uh... i i have to wait [SPEAKER_11]: And our, about an hour and 20 minutes after I do all the stovetop prep to put it in the oven and let it, let it, let it, let it, let it, let it go. [SPEAKER_09]: They get in obviously like a Dutch oven as if a cast iron, what is it enamel? [SPEAKER_11]: It's a, it's a lock or a lock. [SPEAKER_11]: Of course that, that's what it is. [SPEAKER_11]: That's a good show. [SPEAKER_09]: I may have given it to you for your, for your wedding. [SPEAKER_09]: I get orange one. [SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, that's the one I gave you. [SPEAKER_11]: Well, we've had it for a long time. [SPEAKER_09]: Excellent this way because I don't have the I don't have the receipt anymore. [SPEAKER_09]: The most current ready. [SPEAKER_08]: Oh Okay, now while you're painting this picture are you an apron guy? [SPEAKER_08]: Are you there wearing an apron while you're from now and is like you start. [SPEAKER_09]: Let's go [SPEAKER_11]: I'm wearing PGA Superstore Gray golf shorts with my Adidas shirt and at one point, I guess the oil or something got on the shorts, that comes into play a little bit later, because I didn't realize that I had a stain on my shorts, but I had a stain on my shorts all day long. [SPEAKER_11]: The prep of this, and I'll cut to the chase with this one, so I don't need to pour people. [SPEAKER_08]: What's that? [SPEAKER_08]: That's why you wear an apron. [SPEAKER_11]: yeah i should i should but i'm not an apron person i don't uh nice shiny black rubber apron you know maybe maybe if i have one with like fake boobs or something that's funny funny funny funny right from my own amusement since i'm the only one in the home look at the mirror and say i have boobs and i know no crisp crisp is wound up today he's had his coffee you know there was no chef's hat [SPEAKER_11]: Okay. [SPEAKER_11]: Oh, it says Rob is getting more and more pixelated at the end of the show he'll transform into Pac-Man. [SPEAKER_11]: Ah, you can hope. [SPEAKER_11]: But now it's now it's okay, right?
